3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver the service.
- Grant necessary access (e.g., ad accounts, social media pages) for service execution.
- Respond to requests or queries in a timely manner to avoid delays.
- Any delay caused by incomplete or wrong information is not our responsibility.
4. Payments & Billing
- All fees must be paid in full before service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment methods will be shared via invoice or email.
- Late payments may lead to service suspension or termination.
- Taxes (if applicable) will be charged as per Indian laws.
5. Refund Policy
- We offer partial refunds only if the service has not been fully delivered.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 an Hours of service initiation.
- No refunds for completed or delivered services.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

- We store client data in local storage only.
- Data retention period is 30 days after service completion.

- Client must also take reasonable steps to secure their own account details and passwords.

- We are not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes made by these third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our maximum liability, if proven, will not exceed the total amount paid for that specific service.
9. Intellectual Property
- All strategies, designs, and materials created remain the property of EcomBoost Solutions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The client is granted a limited license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose only.
10. Termination of Services
- We reserve the right to terminate services without prior notice if:
- The client engages in unethical or illegal activities.
- There is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- Payment is overdue.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.
